Since 2018, 78wing has built a reputation as one of the most trusted online gaming platforms in Malaysia. We are more than just a gaming platform — we are a community that puts the safety, enjoyment, and satisfaction of our members first, every day.
78wing started with one simple but clear goal: to build an online gaming platform that truly understands what Malaysian players need. In 2018, our founding team — made up of individuals well-versed in tech and gaming — noticed that many local players were stuck relying on overseas platforms that didn't support local payment methods, offered no Bahasa Melayu interface, and provided slow or hard-to-reach customer support.
And so 78wing was born — a platform built from the ground up with Malaysian players at its core. The name "78wing" itself draws inspiration from lucky symbols in Asian culture, where the numbers 7 and 8 are often associated with fortune and prosperity. "Wing" represents freedom and forward movement — reflecting our mission to keep growing and deliver the best experience to every member.
Over seven years of operation, 78wing has grown from a small platform with a few hundred members to a community of over 500,000 active players across Malaysia. This growth didn't happen by chance — it's the result of our consistent commitment to quality, security, and real value delivered to our members.
Today, 78wing offers over 2,000 game titles from world-class providers, supports a wide range of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, and Boost, and operates with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure every transaction and member's personal data is fully protected. We continue to invest in our technical infrastructure to keep the platform stable, fast, and reliable — even during peak traffic.

Every decision we make — from platform design to withdrawal policies — starts with one question: is this the best outcome for our members?
We publish the RTP for every game, clear bonus terms, and a withdrawal policy with no hidden conditions. Players deserve to know exactly what they're signing up for.
We continuously invest in security infrastructure because member trust is the most valuable asset we have at 78wing.
The 78wing platform is updated regularly based on member feedback. We never stop improving and enhancing the user experience.
78wing believes that enjoyable gaming is gaming played with control and awareness. That's why we provide a full suite of responsible gaming tools built directly into our platform — including daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, and session time controls. All tools are accessible and adjustable without needing to contact customer support.
Beyond that, 78wing supports responsible gaming initiatives by providing information, guidance, and help resources for players who need support. Our team is trained to recognise signs of unhealthy gaming and offer appropriate assistance when needed. You can read more on the Responsible Gaming page.
Identity verification (KYC) at 78wing is mandatory for all members making withdrawals — this is not just a compliance requirement, but also how we ensure every member's account is protected from unauthorized access. Our KYC process is quick and straightforward: submit your identification document, and verification is typically completed within 2 to 4 hours on business days.
All personal data collected during the KYC process is stored with encryption and is never shared with any third party without your consent. Our full privacy policy can be read on the Privacy Policy which we update regularly in line with current regulatory developments.
Even as we have grown into a large platform, our mindset remains the same as day one — always hungry to improve and always putting our members' needs first. In the years ahead, 78wing plans to expand its game library with more exclusive titles, enhance the VIP program with more customizable rewards, and roll out innovative features that will transform the way Malaysian players enjoy online gaming.
Our goal isn't to be the biggest platform in Malaysia — it's to be the most loved by our members. That distinction matters to us, and it's the principle that will continue to guide every step 78wing takes forward.
